James Montgomery had an appointment with Heather Edwards at Lincare 2818 Old Dawson Road Suite 1 Albany, Ga. She is the respiratory specialist that explained every aspect of his new C-PAP machine. She was very nice, personable and above all else knowledgeable. She is the kind of employee that makes a company successful, Thank You, Heather Edwards

They have had my order for almost a month and I have not received my equipment. The first conversation I had was with Lucy, and she told me she was “only one person”. It has been over two weeks I have been calling and no one will return my call. Very poor customer service. I recommend finding another DME company, one that will answer you calls and get you the items you need.
