My dad was there for physical and occupational therapy after a fall at home. The heads of all the departments met with him and our family to discuss his goals. Every time he achieved them, we met again to evaluate and set new goals. The food was good for an institution and had an alternate menu with many selections that was available all the time. Someone was always available to discuss his care and answer any questions we had. The nursing staff was friendly and treated him like family. The therapy department went above and beyond to make sure he went home, able to resume the lifestyle he had when he was admitted.

When we placed my dad at Burlington life care center for physical therapy and rehabilitation services he was treated with dignity, respect and professionalism. The staff are to be commended for the quality and care of services. Thank you all. He was able to return to his home in record time.

My dad was here for 6.5 months following a fall for a skilled nursing facility stay. During that time my sister and I never met a staff member that wasn't friendly or willing to bend over backward to take care of any need that our dad had. The facility was clean and well maintained for its age. The food was very good, what I tried, but did come at irregular times. The Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists worked tirelessly to get my dad back to his maximum potential and always had a smile on their faces. I would recommend Life Care Center of Burlington to anyone looking for a SNF for their loved ones.

My Dad is there for a skilled nursing facility stay. The care he is receiving is incredible. The staff, administration, food service, and cleaning crews are all top notch. They are all friendly to him and see to his every need. The facility is clean, the food is unbelievable. And we can not say enough about the physical and occupational therapists. When he arrived, he was basically bedridden. They have progressed him all the way to being able to get up into a walker and walk by himself. Thank you all so much for taking care of him!

Maintenance in facility is substandard, meals mediocre quality and not served at posted times, low staff morale, all residents must use a hospital bed, other bedside furniture such as chair and side table had to be specifically requested, staff lacked attention and assistance to resident’s personal care e.g., dressing and changing clothes. Family needs to visit facility prior to admission. Not a value for price.
