Liberty Commons of Weldon is a nice facility. My mother was in the short term rehabilitation program there. The nurses were very compassionate and kind towards me and her. When mom had a setback, they acted immediately and were supportive to both myself and her. They keep the center very clean. When I had any concerns, they validated the concern and followed up on it. I would highly recommend Liberty Commons of Weldon for short term rehabilitation or long term care needs.

I have both parents in this center. The nurses are very professional and can take on any task. They are very patient with both parents. I have nothing but great things to say. Kind professional patience they take time with each parent. I visit during the day I see Wendy most of the time she is great with them. The CNA’s are so kind and work well with them. As far as activities Jasmine is top notch with her interaction. She is always in a happy mood which puts them in a great mood also. Thank you so much for taking care of our parents.
