The rooms have bed bugs. Some of the staff smoke dope while living there. and are inappropriate. I know this cause I lived there before as a client. The food was the only thing I can give good credit for. Otherwise if there was a way to give no stars at all then I would do so

Their communication sucks. Took them 2 months from the time my mom was transferred there to contact me. Get left on hold forever when I try to contact them, then disconnected. No response to emails. Sent my mom out on more than one occasion for emergency medical attention, never bothered to notify me.
