Beautiful home to many sweet residents and wonderful staff 💗 would highly recommend for long term care or a short skilled therapy stay. You will be greeted by Teresa she is super sweet and very helpful. Their therapy team is amazing 💗 all the departments are managed by wonderful department managers.

They have the most amazing rehab program! I have had several family ,members that required extensive rehab and they did a GREAT job with all of them. Their PT's are super positive with a big heart for helping the residents

I’ve visit my mom 5-6 times in last few months 1)visit room dirty bathroom had exposed fecal trash stuffed in.told my moms bed was nasty and she needed shower 2)mom seemed over medicated told nurse to tell Dr to lower her dosage tray food is in is filthy3)went to see my mom in hospital due to saturation leg swelling with heavy chest and she has yeast under both breast and in her private area when she left hospital the nursing home said there was no mention of them treating her for yeast infection.My thought are why if she's being bathed 3 times week would she not be noticed there is yeast on my mom plus before she got a UTI due to sitting hours in wet diaper if you call nurse she say she’ll be right in I was there 5 hours no one came 4) went to see my mom food tray still filthy bed dirty and my mom was so dirty her hair greasy and stuck to her head I went to nurse station and voiced my concerns and someone practically ran to get my mom taken care of but who bathed her was rough on her I have contacted Medicare,Medicade and listed my concern on condition of my mom hygiene her room bed dirty and that my moms not eating either she can’t do it or if food is to hard for her to eat she doesn’t get food 5)the last 6 days I’ve called to get update on my moms phone rings 25-30 times no pick up I’ve heard we so understaffed and on weekends there’s no supervisor available These home take all their ssi money and these problems never get fixed my mom is Cynthia Fowler #217 was told my mom was rated 27% and that at 25% then hospice is called in Do you think maybe if these condition were better then my mom would be eating

Legend Oaks of Ennis will forever hold a special place in my heart. My husband was in rehab and a resident there. He received so much love and care there. From nurses, aids, therapy, dietitian and the driver for transportation they are compassionate people towards their patients. They deserve the highest recognition. Thank you Legend Oaks of Ennis!♥️
