After much consideration we moved my mother to Legacy Village I must say it was astonishing the compassion and kindness shown before my mother even stepped in the door. Lauren and Logan made the whole process go smoothly and timely answering numerous questions and just making me feel like we belonged there. I cannot say enough about the caregivers and their commitment to caring for mom. They are obviously well trained and have a special desire to care for the residents. April and Abby are always making their selves available whenever mom’s needs change or just to check on us to see if we need anything. It truly is a team effort from the front desk to the housekeeper to ensure mom is cared for. Mom looks happy and more herself after moving in. The attention to detail seems to be held to the highest degree and is so important when caring for a loved one I know it’s a long review but go see for yourself and you will be amazed. I cannot close without giving a shout out to the nurses and activities directors whom are so involved with the residents all day everyday giving them a since of purpose and desire to get involved. If I could find any fault it would be my own for not moving mom there sooner.
