DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HORRIBLE FACILITY!!!! My grandmother has been here since the fall. We were working on transferring to another facility. First they ignored the request from the other facility until my mother who has POA went up there and made them respond. Then when the other facility came to do an on site visit they LIED about what my grandmother needs and her behaviors so they wouldn't want to take her as a client. My family is VERY active about visiting my grandmother. Someone in our family is there 4-6 days a week. Every time we go to see her we have to clean her room, ask for additional toilet paper because she is out, ask for he to have towels, change her bedding, took them over 3 weeks of us asking to fix the light in her room!!! The heat only works half way in her room. The windows are ICE cold and there is always some other resident wondering into her room and stealing her items. The facility has had all of this brought to their attention several times and still do nothing to address these issues. They try to force their residents to sit in the hallway and/or tv room even if they don't want to. And to top it all off the food is absolutely horrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE UNDER ANY REASON!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

My dad's Case worker Marrissa Holbrook just told lie after lie, I had to do an appeal for my dad to keep his Medicare to stay there 4x's in 3 weeks. All got approved. She said because he refused physical therapy come to find out that he was never offered physical the 3 weeks that I had to appeal. She is not there for the residents. I would not want my dog there. Heartless, lying Bunch of haters. I had to pay over $7000.00 to get him out of there bc her lies! I am calling corporate soon. She needs fired. I appealed it 4x's in that 3 weeks, all got approved. Don't take your loved ones there, if you care about them. 0/5 just found out they failed twice for my dad's urologist appointment now had mursa and on hospice because of thier neglect and his primary doctor appointment was a no call no show. That's NEGLECT!!!

They are absolutely wonderful. My mother went in there for rehab after a terrible car accident. She's 84 and had a lot going on. They fed her great food. The rehab was wonderful. The two nurses that I mostly dealt with were Brie and Amanda. They were outstanding, knowledgeable and patient. Always took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend that facility.

Legacy Marion is a very clean facility! The staff goes above and beyond to make your loved one feel at home. The nurses and stna's took great care of my grandma!! They kept us in the loop with her care plan and we were able to take her home!! My family is forever grateful for the Legacy Staff!

I recently had a family member stay here and I visited fairly frequently. The building is beautiful both outside and inside, especially the therapy room. It seems very clean, unlike other nursing homes I've been to including the one in Delaware that I stayed at for rehab after surgery and a couple of others I've been to in Marion (and I much prefer the location of this one to others here). The staff caring for my family was very kind and patient, especially the nurses and aides, but anyone else that I saw working there was also. I hope not to have family or myself needing nursing home care anytime soon, but I absolutely would come here or send family here if we do!
