Laura is always accessible and,in order to speak with her or any one in her company, it's easy and direct...no prompts that eventually take you to voicemail. Over the past 5 months, the personalized care, compassion and attention that Porfie, Serenity, Fatima and Maycee have given to my 90 year old mom with limited mobility post (severe) stroke has been amazing. If you do not care about HIPPA violations then this is your place. Terrifying how much information they give out. When you are told from the staff to come in and sign a HIPPA form, then they give you very private medical information and staffing information, prior to HIPPA form being signed. I was given access to personal medical information, caregivers schedules with clients names, past client information, caregivers personal information(certain caregivers wanting more hours, discussing adding hours AND even a caregiver who had taken early retirement so they could not make a certain $ amount), disclosed hourly and overtime rate of client etc. To make matters even worse, the owner’s daughter, Courtney, provided private video footage discussing these matters to another person who not only was not on the clients HIPPA form but removed by the client, from his HIPPA form less than 24 hours prior. Please do not let this company take advantage of you or your loved ones.
