Independent Living

Las Villas del Norte’s Independent Living offers the active senior a carefree environment, free from the normal chores and burdens of owning or renting a home. At Las Villas del Norte, you can remain independent, yet enjoy the conveniences that make life easier and more pleasant.

Assisted Living

Our Assisted Living program is designed to help you live a vibrant life by connecting with the people and community around you. As needs and plans may change, our staff is readily available to help you or your loved one. We have a consistent monitoring system, as well as a 24-hour awake staff, where we conduct ongoing assessments to ensure we are properly caring for our residents and give the peace of mind that comes with knowing someone is always available to help.

Las Villas del Norte is pleased to offer an on-site health care center, mobile physician service and coordination with health care providers for our residents.

Memory Care

We believe deeply in providing personalized and tailored care for each of our residents. Our Memory Care program provides a community for our residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our highly trained staff works with our residents on a daily basis to support them through their memory loss.

Respite Care

Our Respite Care program gives caregivers an opportunity to take a temporary break for any and all reasons while offering respite care guests access to the amenities and care that we offer on a daily basis. It is important that caregivers are able to rest too, so that they can give their all to those they take care of.

What is respite care?

Respite care is a temporary stay at a senior living community, often suggested for seniors who are recovering from a hospital visit, fall, surgery or other health circumstance, but is also available for caregiver vacations, senior living trial periods or any other reason.

Generations Transition Program

Transitions is a program that provides a unique approach for those who are in the early to moderate stages of dementia/Alzheimer’s. Our program is designed to provide an independent lifestyle for activities, dining and care services. This specialized neighborhood bridges our residents from assisted living to memory care.

Transitions provides an engaging social environment, where residents will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities that best suit their individual needs. Our Transitions residents benefit from daily accomplishments, independence joyfulness and the building of cognitive reserves.
