I was visiting my mother there last weekend and again yesterday. We needed help but because your staff is blasting music on multiple speakers in the same area we could not get help. You need to get these speakers out of your facility. This is a safety issue and MUST stop. Your facility is not some nightclub. The music is blasting in a nursing/rehab facility. It is creating high stress for your patients. This is a safety issue. Please have it stopped ASAP, Today.

Food is cold, 2 hours to get pain meds, staff is mostly UNRESPONSIVE. You can spend 4 hrs a day just waiting for someone to respond to call button. Lack of professionalism is in most departments. Unless you enjoy sitting in urine, think fifty times before sending anyone to Las Estancias. There is lots of potential but they aren't committed enough for care. I've been her over a month. They stopped physical therapy without a word. Very sad if you're a resident. Today no nurse or CNA response for almost 2 hours. Appears understaffed, but truth is many employees don't show up or leave early.

Highly recommend. Outstanding staff, and administrator. Every department is focused on excellence in patient care. The facility is spotless. The clients’ personal hygiene is a top priority. The CNAs are hard working:: compassionate, and positively interested in patient care. The energy and activity level is high. Donna, the social worker, is an invaluable resource: knowledgeable and dedicated to facilitating exit planning. The Medical staff was very responsive and competent. The physical and occupational and speech therapy team are superb. They innovate to get best results. The atmosphere feels like everyone is genuinely happy to be working there. Hands down the best decision we made was choosing this place.

My mother was recently transferred from hospitalization to rehab. We are very pleased with the staff, their care for my mother was great, very attentive to her needs. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant. The residents seemed happy and there was always activiities to do for them.

I am blown away with the care my father has recieved during his stay here. The facility is immaculate, the care team (nurses, physical/occupational therapy) is extremely competent, and the food options accommodate my dads salt restriction diet well. Although I was initially a bit concerned about a facility so far from home (Rio Rancho), I am very greatful my dad was placed here after his time in the ICU. Thank you all so much. Especially Kim and the social worker Donna ❤ P.s I really rely on pictures to get a feel for the facility, so I've attached a few here. They allowed us to bring my dads kitty, Tiger, to come see him 😺
