I was contacted by the facility to do some maintenance work as of today I am 169 days without payment. I’ve been told on numerous times that they would take care of the bill. There would be no problems. I have documentation of at least 6 times that the payment was being processed. I would suggest payment up front

I’m very concerned with one of your all’s employees, and especially for the residents who encounter said employee. Her name is Hannah Hoskins. She had an encounter with someone i know personally, and she made some very heinous statements toward this person, and her 2 year old daughter. one of those statements being that she looked “retarded”, which i personally find very, very uncalled for and disrespectful. If she acts this way towards people outside of work, i can only imagine how she acts towards the residents that stay at this place. Seeing as I have family in this area, I will never refer them to Landmark of Laurel Creek with this employee still here. It’s absolutely unacceptable.
