If you're looking for a place where your loved one will feel like family, this is it. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were among friends. Christi and her team are some of the most compassionate people I've met. They went above and beyond to make sure my mother felt comfortable and safe. When Mom had a sudden health concern, they were on top of it, calling the nurse at all hours and staying with her until everything was stable. Communication was excellent. I always felt informed about my mother's health and well-being. Any time there was a change, they promptly let me know. This level of communication gave me great peace of mind. Wonderful Home-Like Atmosphere. This isn't some sterile facility – it truly feels like a home. The staff goes out of their way to create a warm and welcoming environment. I know my mother felt happy there, and it makes me feel good knowing she was in such loving hands. I'm so grateful to Christi and her staff. During a difficult time, they were our lifeline. My dad (almost 87 yrs. old) was released from hospital and joined the family at Ladybird's on December 4, 2019. He was a very selective person and wasn't happy about being away from home but he quickly bonded there and became a part making gingerbread houses, doing exercises and activities he normally wouldn't do. The owner, Christina Simmons is heaven sent. She works tirelessly with a smile with her clients and treats each one like her family. The time my dad experienced here will never be forgotten. My mom and I never thought we be able to leave him anywhere because certainly no one could love and care for him like us but we were so wrong. He was ALWAYS clean and fresh when we dropped in and that is what we did. We were urged to come by anytime and we were never disappointed. Nutritous meals, snacks, daily exercise--Ladybird's gave us a new view on personal care homes. Such love and concern for each individual. Ladybirds Senior Care provided the most loving care and believe me They are top notch. I was most impressed with the scheduled care of changing and making sure my dad was never left wet. He was always fed well ( I tried the food myself) and food was good. It didn't matter what time I visited my father the care was always Excellant. Please try Ladybirds first, you won't regret it.
