I’ve been very happy living at Ladera Townhouse. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and cared for. The property manager communicates well and is always professional and responsive. The maintenance team is excellent—quick, efficient, and always on top of any requests. It’s a great place to live, and I highly recommend it.

Nancy was great throughout my whole rental process. She was friendly answered all my questions, and was very professional. The place is nice and quiet, and has alot of different amenities around. I would definitely recommend Ladera Townhomes, if your looking for something nice and affordable.

My living experience has been excellent. The community is clean, quiet, and centrally located. The maintenance staff is amazing, and Nancy, the manager, is highly professional, responsive, and has significantly improved my residency since she took over the building

I've lived in a few spots in LA and I gotta say this is one of my favorites. I'm down the street from Circus Liquor if I need small stuff and theres the best burgers in LA at Storm Burger. My apartment has just been upgraded, it's super clean and the building is well maintained. Shout-out to the maintenance and the manager for always helping me out quickly and efficiently whenever I've need them.

Nancy is an amazing community manager! From the moment I called to inquire about a two-bedroom apartment, all the way through move-in day, she has been incredibly thorough and supportive throughout the entire leasing process. She's extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows her stuff. I've been living here for a month now, and I can confidently say that the service continues to be top-tier. Nancy is attentive, responsive, and highly professional. Any concerns or questions I’ve had, she’s always quick to address. Thank you, Nancy!
