Took my 16-month-old there today. Although it’s never easy listening to your child cry through the experience, the staff was skilled, and clearly well trained in working with pediatric patients. It was a much better experience than we’ve had at the hospital, and I really appreciated the care and compassion they showed.

I never thought I would review phlebotomy services but Lacasse is fantastic. Normally bloodwork is a hassle, it's a long wait, its painful, and overall an unpleasant experience. My experience with Lacasse was unbelievably fast and accommodating of my inflexible schedule, the first time that I could ever say completely painless, and Crystal was down to earth and great to talk to.

Crystal is amazing! Excellent bedside manner, fun and friendly personality, does a great job with the draw, super convenient that we can be in the comfort of our own home or office to minimize impact on the work/school day - top notch!!!!!! I can’t imagine going back to the “old” way of doing labs in a medical office now that we’ve experienced the superior service of Crystal and her incredible office team. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Crystal and her team at Lacasse Phlebotomy are TOP notch in their business! I am a local Functional Nutritionist who sends all of my local clients to them for blood work. Crystal is so careful, thoughtful and thorough! I confidently count on her to take care of all of my local clients! Thank goodness she is here to take care of all of my phlebotomy needs!

I am so impressed with Lacasse Phlebotomy. My doctor recommended Crystal to me when I expressed concern about having blood drawn in a high-traffic location. I was able to meet Crystal one-on-one in my doctor's office, and she was fantastic. She is incredibly skillful - I barely felt the needle. She helped put me at ease and showed real empathy for my anxiety. I am thrilled with this experience and will schedule with her again for future needs. I highly recommend.
