Update: My mom needed one more Physical therapy session and the PT evaluation by Palo discharged her, so she could not receive her last therapy session. That has to be some kind of fraud. It is bad that the PT and OT evaluations take 4 needed therapy sessions, but they include a supervisor visits which take a total of 3 sessions per 13 visits, so bad that we had one PT session after supervisor visit and Palo is calling the discharge eval. and he said we could still get the last PT session, that was a lie. BEWARE of those last evaluations if you are still missing sessions, they won't give them to you, because you have been discharged from service. Post hospital, it takes over a week just to get therapy, delaying continuity of care. But, the OT is excellent, and only 2 PTs are excellent, which is why the 2 stars, but then maybe all home health is this way????
