The staff at Manor Care are amazing. They cared for my dad like he was their family. I cannot stress enough that this facility provides execellent care for loved ones. They treated my father with dignity and respect until the end.

The staff at Kirksville Manor has taken good care of my mom. They are available to talk and answer questions when I call. They all seemed so happy for mom to have us visit, had her dressed in her nicer outfits, up & ready to see us. Gave her water & ice tea & checked on us. We had a very nice visit & thank you all for what you do!!!

Staff in every area has been so very nice & helpful. They are wonderful with the patients. My only complaint is cleanliness & strong smell of urine in the facility...could be do to staffing,not enough money in the budget, state funding,ect...? Everyone is always busy there ....
