I’m sure this review will be met with their usual copy and paste message of “we care about our customers, you can contact us at any time or speak to our admin because of their open door policy.” No details need to be provided here, I’ll discuss that in person when this business decides to answer my calls.

I still can't get over this place, my mother has past away now,,I hope she haunting this place, the workers that was so rude to her,and mistreated her.I walk in many times, you all have the air-conditioning on full blast, freezing in there, with her door shut and middle of winter.I hope the workers enjoy wearing her clothes and shoes, you stoled from her.I have heard lairs before, but nothing like this place,All you all want is money, and keep the patients so drugged up and kept behide close doors.i seen so many patients went hungry, wet on their self, lay there for hours.I hear them hollering for help, because they have fallen off there bed.lay there for hours, before you help them.I heard 4 workers walked out from there,I talked to them, said they couldn't take it no more, they seen to much that went on.We bring her food to eat, workers steals it from her. This place need to be shut down,I know people asking why kept her there, and got her in somewhere else.i have !!! They lied on her, said she did this and did this and never did. They made sure nobody would't take her. Then they kick her out in the snow, with no medicine, clothes,no shoes on her feet,no coat in the middle of the night. All because I wouldn't let them drug her like all the other ones in there. Please do not put your family in there.

As I write this review, I am currently a resident. It's about 8p on a Saturday and I've been waiting on a bedpan for almost an hour to relieve myself. I can hear personnel laughing and talking down the hall. My hallway alert light has been on for almost an hour, as well! Several staff have walked pass my open door and done nothing. They pretend not to hear me when I call out. I'm referring to the weekend evening staff. Day and evening shifts during the week are amazing professionals. They are attentive to resident needs. Overall, there is room for lots of improvement. ( ....written in real time and firsthand 21 Jun 25)

Would not recommend this facility at all. I was told to put my mother here from someone who worked there and I did she was there for about 3 months in that time she only had 2 baths bc they wouldn’t give her a proper bath they would not listen to her needs when she would tell them she didn’t feel right with that being said she was hospitalized twice withen 3 weeks and both times the doctors said she was close to death bc the nursing home wasn’t taking good care of her almost losing my mother twice in less then a month over mistakes they did is absolutely insane and not okay. They messed with her insurance and stated the pt did not comply without even speaking to her about a renewal. I personally was visiting one day and hear a man screaming for a good 5 min when I decided to leave I seen the man on the floor by the front door screaming his blood sugar as low and they weren’t listening mind you the gentleman had no legs. When I walked around the corner 5 staff that was sitting at the counter eating not paying attention then decided to go help him and move him so I could get out the door witch is unacceptable that poor man. My mother states they were very rude especially night shift. Putting a family member in a home is already sad and terrifying and getting calls from the hospital social workers about the conditions they put my mother in was even worse. We finally were able to move her to a nicer facility and things seem to be a lot better. From my opinion I wouldn’t put any body you love here. This facility might just make there life span even short unfortunately.

I have a loved one at this particular hellhole. They have lost his belongings. They forgot to give him his breakfast and lunch trays. Seldomly check on him for needs like emptying his urinal. The neglect is disheartening. This place needs to be shut down. I cannot see how this place has positive reviews. Stop lying to these people that they will be treated with the best care because from what I seen, this does not happen at this facility.
