Not a bad place for broken bones, very clean, but good God, can you put volume limiters on the TV's or give people headphones?? 4 people in a room and full of inconsiderate jerks! No wonder everyone is sleep deprived and grouchy! And this visit ended with me having to take my father out against medical advice because he was just getting sicker after a week (chemo recovery), the doctor had told me the night before that if things got worse they would return him to cedar sinai but the next day she said, no, he'll be fine soon. I disagreed, took him myself to cedars emergency and they found he had sepsis and were able to save him. Never did skilled nursing after that and he's doing great now in 2026. Not a great place for elders.

I had a phone appointment regarding my dad’s care today November 17, 2025 and I was very impressed with the entire Kei-Ai team. The group included Licensed Nurse Jean, Social Worker Dane, Activity Coordinator Francis, and Dietitian Carmen. Each one took the time to explain my dad’s condition clearly and thoroughly. Jean updated me on his medical status with patience and professionalism. Dane helped me understand the social and care planning aspects. Francis shared thoughtful updates about his daily activities and engagement. And Carmen explained his nutrition and diet plan in a way that was very easy to understand. I truly appreciate how coordinated and attentive they were. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dad is being cared for by such a dedicated team. Thank you, Kei-Ai, for the compassion and excellent communication.

Kei-Ai LA<br>I was a patient from June 29 through September 27, 2025. I am pleased with the care I received from Nurse Molly, she's knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Nurse Israel is also a great nurse, he gave me my meds on time and made my laugh as he gave me my injections. Compassionate caring team: wound care nurse Mina, occupational therapist Rocio, physical therapist Willie, NA Monica, Esmeralda, Merida and Catherine. RNA Elfega Lopez. The people I saw from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep gave me smiles and care. Thank you all.
