My Grandmother has been at Karlton for 4 years. The staff is loving and caring (even when Grandma is being difficult). The facility is always clean.

My friend has lived there for 15 months. Words cannot express the level of care and compassion the employees have. They treat all the patients like family. 👍

My mother in law has been here for a few years now. My father in law visits nearly everyday and is hard to please but we've never heard him complain. The staff does a good job. You can tell many of them are naturally kind hearted and patient. It is nice for visiting because there are several rooms and patios with plenty of seating (some other places had nicer decor but no space for visiting).

My Aunt Lil lived at the Karlton Residential Care facility, and she enjoyed being there. She got her hair and nails done regularly. There was entertainment if she so desired, and her room was clean and spacious. I always enjoyed my visits with her, and appreciated the wonderful and caring staff. RIP Aunt Lil.
