I would not recommend this company. It took months to get an aid. After 2 weeks I was canceling the contract and 45 min after calling they sent an aid (call BS) she came for only 3 of the 5 hours sent for. Washed the dishes, swept the floor but left it near the trash can, sat in her car for 45 min, and left never to come back. The company tried to call her and they said she never answered them. The next one came for the scheduled 5 hours. She washed the clothes, washed the dishes and ran an errand. The rest of the time she sat on the stairs on her phone. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Take on contracts when they dont have the staff. When the CNAs do come they do very little playing on there phones in 5 hours all that was done was a few dishes and made the bed and run to the store. I would not trust them They will not show up unless you call and threaten to cancel the contract then they will show up and be useless
