We couldn’t be happier with the care Dad is receiving at Journey! Nancy and Kenny and their family and all the staff provide so much love to all the residents and create an environment so close to their own home. Communication among the staff is outstanding and we know Dad is in the best hands possible. Thanks so much for loving “My Dad” as much as I do! Hugs to all!😘

Journey has become such a blessing for us. Both, Mom and Dad are residents. (CEO)Nancy Snyder’s lifelong career working with memory care patients has provided amazing leadership and knowledge creating the most loving, caring staff team. This team of people take care of our loved ones by providing daily individual care for each of them. This is not just a resident home for our parents, this is a family atmosphere. We have comfort in knowing Mom and Dad are safe, nurtured, and cared for. The monthly family support group they have, has helped us to better understand and cope with changes Mom and Dad are experiencing. Journey is a very clean, modern, stylish facility . If you have a loved one in need of memory care, you need to visit Journey. They have been the answer to our family needs.

I stop in most days of the week to check on my dad who resides at Journey. No matter what time of the day or day of the week that I am there, the staff is always courteous and friendly and will let me know how dad is doing today or what he has been doing that day. They are so willing to help with anything we request. It truly is an amazing place and I know that he is in the best place that he can be.
