Poor attitudes (apathetic) from nurse and radiography techs. Which really makes the whole experience bad. Seriously you need to do better.

My parents were both residents at Johnson Memorial Care Center. My Mom lived there 121/2 years. I can’t think of a single negative thing about the care she received. The only complaint I have had was the food had decreased in quality. They used to cook from scratch now they use a lot of processed food. The food is probably nutritious but not that good tasting. Example they use only instant mashed potatoes, heat and serve meats. When my parents were first in the Care Center we used to enjoy eating meals with them. The last years we rarely did because of the food. I want to emphasize how great the care was. It was wonderful. They treated my Mom like they would their own moms.
