The three stars are for cleanliness and furnishing features and finch cage which Is great for the patient’s. however when I came from Florida to visit my aunt I had the most rude and uncaring nurse speak to me about my aunt, he became aggressive and had no reason why she was bowed up in a wheelchair even though she can walk. I’ve worked at many nursing homes and you never confine a walking person to a wheelchair without continuing some type of walking therapy. Once your legs get contracted. You might as well forget walking again. He was bald blue eyes big beard. Extremely unprofessional and I believe the director of nursing needs to give him another look. Some of us are made for caring for the defenseless and elderly and some are definitely not.
