28th May, I Regeana White checked on my Mom Ms Lillie Walker's in RM# 209 progress and how she was doing. Ms Sharhonda Stephen's was very helpful, I asked a few questions about my Mom, she was very helpful provided all the answers to the best of her knowledge. Big kudos to Ms Stephens!😘😘🤩🤩

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE! They neglect the patients, it’s so troubling how they do not care for the patients. I almost lost my husband because of these people, I hope they never have to experience the trauma they caused my family due to their neglect. I hope this place gets shut down, because no human should ever be treated so horrible. Not even an animal. This place has shown me that there are so many cruel people out there in the nursing field, that have no compassion or care to what happens to another human. But I know God will make sure to handle what these people have done to many that have been at this place and neglected. I beg you, if you love your family member do not send them here. They will neglect and starve and let your family die. They do not care!!!

This place is deeply troubling. My brother’s health has declined dramatically here, with neglect, missing personal property, and refusal to release him, although he has requested discharge. The facility continues to block release while billing Medicaid. The lack of care, transparency, and accountability raises serious concerns about abuse and financial exploitation. I would not trust this facility with anyone I love.

I’d give zero stars if I could. My father was supposed to be there 14 to 21 days. 1 month went by and they didn’t discharge him. Another month went by. He came back after two months. No explanation nothing. He was under weight severely. He went from 136lbs to 106 when he came home September 29th. They won’t answer phone calls. They took his phone away for 3 weeks. Without any reason. Lied and said he called 911. He did not he physically cannot use a phone. He’s now in hospice care in patient program due to the severe weight loss, infected bed sores…please whatever you do don’t send your relative here!

My brother G. is currently at the Ctr and he’s well taken care of. He’s happy with the care, therapy, staff, and comfort. It’s rehab and not a walk in the park (meaning - it’s hard work to get back to society), but overall he’s happy and that makes his family happy. Especially me (his sister). A HUGE shoutout to Ms. Linda, Thelma, Sammy and everyone one else whose names I can’t remember that makes it an exceptional place to be. PS: They may not be 100% equipped with everything needed, but the hospitality supersedes everything. What I do know is that everyone does their best. I hear it and seen it with my own two eyes. They go above & beyond not just for my brother, but all patients. Some families think it’s about having a family member at the most expensive place with expensive equipment they can’t pronounce. NO, IT’S ABOUT HOW MY LOVED ONE IS TREATED WHETHER I’M THERE OR NOT. My brother is happy. One Love & God Be With Us ALL!!! M.I.A.
