My mom A.D. has been here for a few weeks and after being in two other assisted living places, this one stands out above and beyond the others. Our family has had nothing but great interactions with all of the staff. They are caring, kind and do everything they can to care for my mom. They understand dementia and Alzheimer’s and laugh when my mom is grumpy. They don’t get upset with her like they did at the other assisted living facilities. After I visit mom I drive away feeling good, knowing that she is in such great hands! Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job every day! I know these jobs are not easy. But you are so amazing! Great job Jefferson Memory Care!

I went there in view, showed up on my started date work 4 hours, was told me to go home. Never got paided for the training class.

Kind, caring, staff. My family member that lives there, loves it. Lots of activities, and the bistro is his place to hang out. He hasn't once complained and has been there for 16 months. They take great care of him and we can rest easy knowing he is somewhere safe. Thank you for all you do!

Place needs to be investigated asap…. Residents have been dropping like flies and the administrator Emma is a terrible person who doesn’t care about the residents…. Now there’s bed bugs so that lets you know how dirty the place is.
