This place has called me non stop and will not respect my wishes when I ask them to delete my number. No one I know is admitted there and there is no need for frequent calls every single day. Sometimes I feel like I’m being messed with and they are attempting to scam me

When we had to transition from the hospital to in facility rehab after our moms bout with pneumonia and sepsis, we were overwhelmed, scared and very hesitant. Once I contacted the Administrative staff at Jacobs Creek our fears were eased. Upon arrival with our mom the entire staff were friendly, compassionate, extremely skilled and gave our mom the best care we could have wished for. She was able to overcome many challenges and regain independence to transition home after her medical care and rehab. We would highly recommend Jacobs Creek for anyone facing the decision to place a loved one in a facility for long term care or rehab. The entire staff truly cares about the residents and their families.

If there isn’t a way, MIKE BARBER WILL MAKE ONE!!! Mike is in admissions, but everywhere in this building has a place in his heart. He’ll go out of his way for anyone at any time. Mike is irreplaceable. He is always kind and helpful. One of my favorite things about him is even if you just need someone to listen to you or talk to about anything, he is your guy and it’s always exactly when you need it. We are thankful for all you do Mike! 😁

Our daughter is a resident & has been for a little over two years. We have been very satisfied with the care she has received , especially the physical therapy (Brian Kidd) . He has been so patient with her and she is trying to walk now. We were told when she had her two strokes, a brain bleed, collapsed portion of her brain due to a staff infection and nine craniotomies....that she would never be able to do anything for herself 208 day in the hospital (most in the Neurological ICU. It is because of the care of the entire staff that our girl is talking ( not like you or I would do ), but can understand even on her cell phone. I can't tell you just how grateful her family is to have her here with us and to know that she has such wonderful caregivers. All of the staff from the Administration, office staff. doctor's, nurse's, CNA's, housekeeping to laundry people, are so good to her. I myself have never been in a facility that they smile at the residents and tell them that they love them ( and they really do care )! They have fun activities as well .... Terry & Vie Bowman

I am very impressed with the staff at Jacob's Creek! They are friendly, speak to you as you walk through the halls, and make you feel welcome. The facility is clean. The few meals I have tried were good. Residents are smiling! Family member and staff all tell me what a wonderful nursing team the facility has; I agree. This is a really good facility!
