My experience have been very good. Terrell the owner has treated me and my uncle with the upmost respect. My uncle have been in her place of business for almost two years. She handle her self professionally when anything is not right with my uncle she make sure she contact me. Her staff take good care of him. He is 91 years old and going strong.

The Owner Terell has AN HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.On top of borrowing money from my dad who is a resident there I called to speak to a resident because I couldnt get in contact with them and She with an attitude states Shes on the phone call his cell.Seeing I couldnt get in touch with him on his cell phone I called back to see if I could leave a message.because I haven't been able to get in touch with him in weeks.Once again with an attitide she says "Who is Phillis is doesnt even know you" she NEVER ASKED MY NAME" for her to give me my correct name and then after I ask for a supervisor because of her unprofessional attitude she says "IM THE OWNER" calls me ignorant states she doesnt have time to deal with me and i need to go check myself.Ive met this women in several occasions and until Today I saw the most unprofessional,ignorant, childish and just plain rudeness side of her.There's no telling on how she really treats the residents here.If its an issue to even call and leave a message.I would NEVER send my parent or family to this resident.I wish I could report her taking advantage of patients asking for money when youre making it and youre married.

Fantastic Staff! What a wonderful place to live for these residents! And, the grounds are absolutely beautiful!
