This place has finally fixed things. Its way better now than it was a few months ago. Management is doing a good job and treating staff right so everyone is staying put. Scheduling is finally making sense too. Everything feels safe and improved. Very happy with how good it is here lately.

I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to finally find a great place to keep my mom! This is our third facility and we are staying! So many horror stories with other places with mismanagement of medication, mom sitting in her own urine for hours, lack of integrity with staff, the list goes on. Here, we were greeted right away and the last three months has provided huge relief for us. Jaclyn is super helpful and seems like family right from the start and the staff is well trained. My moms physical therapy has also helped a lot with her recovery for walking and has been excellent! 🙏🙏🙏

My family member stayed at Irondale for about a month after having surgery on their hip. The occupational and physical therapy staff were fantastic, and the social worker made sure our transition home was smooth. The facility itself is clean, and the food was decent for a care center. Overall, the medical care and attention to my family members recovery were great

I cannot thank the team at Irondale Post Acute enough for the outstanding care they provided to my mom. The staff is incredibly compassionate and attentive. The nurses went above and beyond to ensure my loved one was comfortable, and the physical therapy team did a wonderful job helping her regain her strength. The facility is kept clean, and I always felt reassured that my family member was in good hands. The DON is super helpful. Highly recommend to anyone seeking skilled nursing facility!

My dad was here for a few months back in 2023. I should have left this review years ago. I was his medical power of attorney. He was put on hospice care without my knowledge. Pretty much passed away in the living room slumped over on the couch and drooling when I showed up busting out of his jeans because he was filled with fluid for not doing his dialysis. All because SHERRY the nurse didn’t like my dad. As soon as I showed up they got my dad into bed. Why didn’t they do this before i showed up????they Didn’t even give him the common care and dignity that he deserved. I KNOW THERE’S OTHER PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE WHO LOVED THEIR RESIDENTS WITH THEIR WHOLE HEART. I’VE MET SOME, BUT THE WAY MY DAD DIED WAS HORRIBLE AND DIDN’T DESERVE THAT!!
