I can’t say enough about their amazing staff. They worked very hard and it paid off getting grandpa home for Christmas! The rehab went way better than expected. Very friendly staff that was helpful in answering any and all questions! Very happy with this facility. Would highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough good things about this nursing facility! The staff here truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent care for the residents. They are compassionate, attentive, and treat everyone with dignity and respect. The environment is warm and welcoming, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about the well-being and happiness of each resident. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be well cared for!

Like every other facility or business now they have a hard time with staffing. That being said, I can’t say enough good about the Iron River Care Center. My mother was there for over 5 years and experienced wonderful and loving care. The nursing and supportive staff treated her with love and like a queen. The owner and other management members didn’t treat her or our family like just another resident they treated her like family, visiting with her, sharing stories and knowing her and us. I’d give them a lot more than 5 stars if possible.

Under staffed. Disappointing even with the understanding that care facilities do their best MOST times. The administration says things like “you don’t want to be in a nursing home do you” “He has the right to fail” “We are not a psychiatric hospital” “The doctors say..” (when I asked what doctors I was told it’s actually 1 Nurse practitioner who is only there until noon) Then- A man fell and the nurse had to send a resident to find another nurse 10 minutes pass so my boyfriend finds a nurse as I’m holding the chair fell on so he doesn’t fall more, but being unable to help (for legal reasons which is perfectly fine because the law is the law) Nurse telling the man “oh I wouldn’t eat this food either” as we are BEGGING Him to.. ect. Not impressed.
