Payment separate from IHC app despite being an Intermountain entity. I was given attitude when called to inquire why my account online had zero balance, but I had an overdue bill in the mail. Intermountain health really took the care out of health care. It is a corporation that only cares about paying executives exorbitant salaries and lining board member pockets and it is blatantly reflected in their patient care as well as treatment of their frontline caregivers. If the frontline was taken care of, patients would be as well.

Physical and occupational therapy were insufficient and often rushed. They were always understaffed with respect to shower aids, not many options and no Spanish speakers or any effort made to get them. They were not very kind to my mom toward the end of their time with her. She felt very hurt and disappointed, as did I.

Awesome, friendly and very helpful! I was able to get all my oxygen supplies, switch out my tank and get a smaller loaner concentrator for my trip down south! All this in one quick trip with no problems!!!

The gentleman who helped me with insurance issues was AMAZING. They couldn't help us, but he went above and beyond to ensure that someone could. 100% would recommend.

James helped me and familiarized me with some equipment that was prescribed to me by the doctor. He was incredibly professional, quick, and took the time to really make sure my questions were all answered. Not only that, but I am very grateful for the comfy recliner I got to sit in. :)
