I’ve given this hospital far too many chances over the past 26 years, and each time I leave more frustrated, disrespected, and disheartened than the last. This isn’t based on one bad day or one rude staff member — it’s a consistent pattern of poor care, disorganization, and a complete lack of accountability. Every visit — whether for myself or a loved one — has involved unexplained actions, dismissive or condescending staff, and a sense that no one really cares about what’s going on. I’ve experienced everything from misdiagnosis and lack of follow-up, to rushed discharges with little to no explanation. Even basic communication seems to be a struggle for this facility. You would think over 26 years, something would improve — but if anything, it’s gotten worse. On top of that, the hospital frequently feels understaffed, the facility isn’t well-maintained, and there’s a clear lack of empathy from many of the people working there. Healthcare should never feel like a gamble. Unfortunately, this hospital has made it clear time and again that they cannot be relied on for safe, compassionate, or even competent care. If you have any other option, take it. I wouldn’t wish the experiences I’ve had here on anyone. In addition to the poor care, the hospital’s management is disorganized and seemingly unaccountable. It’s clear there’s a culture of passing blame rather than fixing problems. Multiple times I’ve witnessed or experienced billing errors, confusing charges, and refusal to explain services that were never provided. Attempts to get clarity are met with defensiveness or flat-out avoidance, and it feels like transparency is the last priority. Policies seem to change on a whim, and staff often appear unaware of even basic protocols — a reflection of poor training and leadership. At this point, it’s hard not to question whether some of these practices are intentionally deceptive, especially when patients are left in the dark while the hospital continues to profit from subpar care.

My fiancée come into pay on his doctor bill.his card was declined(he had money).so the lady went scanned it else where..then he look on his bank statement and the hospital took out the payment twice. So he called them and they said it only showed 1 payment on his my chart.so they were going to refund the other one to his bank. Both amounts come back into his bank in the morning..then by afternoon both amounts were taken out again..so he called again..this time she said it would take a week to refund that 1 payment that wasn't to be taken out..so still waiting a week..now he has to take off work to go into the hospital and show them and take to her in person..which is bull he has to do this cause they can't figure it out and it was there screw up..now he now got a bill in the mail that he owes 403.00 that is overdue..which he has a payment pan of 203 each month.

Save yourself the trouble and just go to Billings instead of this ER if your complaint doesn't feel life threatening to do so. We had a PA named Valerie in the ER that has to be one of the most uninterested providers I have ever experienced. No empathy whatsoever. She will gaslight you into thinking you simply imagined your illness or injury just for the purpose of wasting her time - Until you get home and your condition deteriorates. Sorry our emergency wasn't worthy of a tv series or a small amount of the time you are well paid for. The agonizing trip to Billings for my mother to receive immediate surgery was worth it. Turns out there was really something wrong. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor, any doctor.

Horrible. I went into the emergency room on Saturday with a broken nose, split forehead, and split lip. After bleeding all over their waiting room for 45 minuets they finally looked at me. I asked them to glue my forehead which they did not. They confirmed that I broke my nose and I ended up setting it myself. They gave me a tetanus shot and sent me out. I fixed everything myself in the Dairy Queen parking lot after the hospital did nothing. Haven't gotten the bill yet but I'm sure they charged me plenty for wasting their time.

Our emergency services workers keep telling everyone in our small town that Holy Rosary is a quality ER but I just don't buy it. Jerica has to be the snottiest most apathetic nurse I have ever encountered. The rest of the ER staff wasn't any better. I don't know the doctor's name because he did not introduce or treat anyone, just handed off orders to the nurses. I have been in this ER with quality providers and none of these people are it. Seems like you had to scratch the bottom of the barrel to find any troll to work during Bucking Horse weekend. Next time I will just drag my bleeding injured friend across the border to Gillette.
