Quite a few CNAs don't want to do their job you can over an hour at times to get a chance. Last night i spent 3 and half hours in a soaked diaper and dress first floor has yelling and screaming for hours on end at times the food is horrible one of the rns is abusive I came for physical therapy and stuck here I wanted to get low income apartment and 24 hour nursing care at home but social services will not help i can't afford to live here nor will I pay for this dump

DO NOT place your loved one at Infinity Care. This facility should be investigated. Under Valery, the Director of Nursing, staff behavior toward dementia patients is appalling. Nurses argue with residents who have dementia, discard personal belongings (including my mother’s arts and crafts), then deny it and claim she imagined it. This is not care — it is cruel gaslighting of a cognitively impaired person. Staff have openly mocked my mother. When I demanded professionalism, I was met with lies and deflection, not accountability. Despite multiple complaints, Valery remains in place and appears far more invested in insulting, belittling, and disparaging families than managing her staff or protecting residents. There is zero oversight. The owner installed his son in leadership, ensuring complaints go nowhere. Staff also cross boundaries, intruding into private family matters and shaming relatives for supposed lack of visits — which is both false and completely inappropriate. Meanwhile, basic quality-of-life needs are neglected. Fresh fruit deliveries and simple comforts are delayed or withheld, while staff find time to gossip, mock residents, and retaliate against families who speak up. If your loved one has dementia and cannot advocate for themselves, this is not a safe place. Infinity Care shows a systemic failure of leadership, ethics, and compassion. Save yourself the heartbreak — do not send anyone you love here.
