Since the first review I wrote, I have to retract. I worked with everybody. We’re working it out getting it straightened out and they’ve been really good about helping and communicating. No communication was dropped because it was being rushed by everyone too fast too soon and it got all messed up that way they are capable of helping if you just work with them and keep the communication line opened That’s where the ball is dropped. I’m staying with them because now I do trust them. I understand what happened and I recommend them to anyone you just gotta communicate and they’re communicating and I’m communicating and that’s the key to anything running the way it should. I think anybody that did read my review please turn it up and throw it away. I would appreciate it , I gave them a high high rating because they deserve it now thank you everyone

Within this hospice there are caring people who go above and beyond to make the patient and family members remember there loved one in a special way. Not only by caring for the individual but also including the family throughout the whole process.

Its seems that management cares about money more than patients. Staff treated horribly. Nurses were made to cry frequently & people without necessary education requirements are tasked with “managing” outside of scope of practice. Very poorly run company, ran by a family who had to close another hospice with questionable business practices documented.
