The PT and OT specialist were very attentive to my mother’s needs. They were patient and caring. They were accommodating with the schedule and overall took great care of my mother. I definitely recommend Human Touch Home Health if ever the need arise for you or your loved one.

I was coming from a place of extreme weakness and illness and your agency after some delay due to my health was able to come in and lend their “MAGIC TOUCH”. My care aide from day one slowly lent her tender touch during our bath sessions and afterwards saw to it that everything was neatly arranged before she left. My PT Herman was a gentle soul who had such patience with me throughout the weeks of progress slowly nudging me each time to achieve high goals for myself. Nurse Balogun offered her expertise and soft words to reassure me everything would alright. Ms. Pearl thank you very much overseeing a team of wonderful people such as these. You should be so proud. Thank for all your suggestions and support as well. May your company prosper.

The therapy services provided for my husband was excellent and professional. The Speech Therapist Essence, the Physical Therapists Sharmane & Adama, Devon Occupational Therapist and the nurse I can’t remember her name but she was very caring. They were Exceptional! We would recommend Human Touch Home Health to all our family and friends.

At a critical time in my life when proper healthcare and follow-up were more important than ever, the highly competent team from Human Touch Home Health came to my aid. I could not be more appreciative of how caring and helpful each team member was. They obviously love their work and they made me feel truly cared for. I clearly became stronger under their watchful eyes and guidance. Each person did their job, did it very well, and did it with joy. Each was so pleasant to work with. I appreciate the services of Charles, Dr. Fountain, Lindsay, and especially Kirsten, my physical therapist who literally got me back on my feet. This team definitely "far exceeded the requirements" of the job.

I have used two prior agencies each with their own issues. HT had occasional issues of follow up and auth approval timing from insurance. For this I took one single start away. Overall, loved the therapists - occupational (wanna say Lindsey) and physical therapist asst Jake Dincer were amazing. Truly dedicated professionals. Would use this agency again just off having amazing therapists who are worth their weight in pure gold!! Their nursing care in the silver spring where my parents who both used their services were excellent. TAMERA RN was outstanding. I felt the agency really tried their best to provide us with appropriate service for my parents.
