Here’s a local small company who cares for their clients more so than their pockets. The other medical equipment company in town wanted to “customize” a motorized wheelchair for my 90 yo mom, who’s 5’ and 110 lbs, saying that it’s a Medicare requirement. I understand that may be true in some cases, but they kept insisting on coming out to take mom’s measurements even after I told them that we don’t need a Mercedes version; we only need it for transportation from the car to the doctors office. It shouldn’t cost thousands of tax payers money for something we don’t need. A non-motorized, light weight wheelchair is all we needed, which is exactly what HSA Home Medical delivered. Amy and her team are amazing! They went beyond and above to help me after I left my CPAP at a hotel. They worked extra on a Saturday to get me set up and running before I started a business trip. They earned my business today.

My brother forgot a part for his CPAP machine and came in to get a replacement part, but the gentleman helping didn't have it. Instead of having to purchase a new headgear he called the owner, Amy Ostermiller, and she took time to drive over and hand deliver it. Such great service!!

I came here on November 18th after dealing with Alpine medical supply twice and them telling me they couldn’t help me because my medicaid insurance was still in the process.. Thankfully HSA Home medical was able to help me with just one call 5 mins before closing and met me after hours to get my son the crutches that he needed. I was so thankful for them. They’re compassion their willingness to help. Just made my day. I will never do business or refer anyone to alpine. HSA is amazing and treat you like a human!
