Excellent service and clean facilities. I had a very pleasant experience from emergency room, admission, and until discharge. The doctors have empathy and explains well the situation, very patient in answering all our questions. All staff and nurses are very helpful and accommodating. I also like that it has chapel and daily mass. My husband is able to fulfill the Sunday obligation and I was able to receive communion from my hospital bed.

I don't know how this hospital is still running. This is the worst hospital i ever been to. You could instantly tell it's just a job not a profession for them. The staff is either under trained or they don't care ( both) and a lot of the nurses are young and immature. I know health care in Puerto Rico is very third world and needs help but it's not an excuse for poor service, very poor service. The worst is them trying to put a simple IV . They never get it on the first try and don't seem to care. It got to the point where i couldn't take it no more. My wrist and arms swollen and bruised. There is so much more i want to write and tell. That place really is a dump!!!!!

Outstanding service, i.e cleannes in all aspects threw out the entire hospital, doctors putting the extra effort to listen and pin point the correct diagnosis. Nurses are very concerned with your health. My health and state of mind couldn't be in better hands.This is what a hospital should operate all the time. My hat goes out to the director and staff. Job well done 👏 bravo.

State of the art. Compassionate staff who went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. I grew up around Baltimore and had the pleasure of spending a considerable amount of time at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Hospital de la Concepcion is by far the better of the two. The ER staff were very warm and caring. Debbie and. Melissa were very giving and generous. I wish I could have spoken more Spanish. I am a Pacific Islander who was raised in the Washington DC area and speak very little Spanish unfortunately. Pero yo encanta Puerto Rico ! ! !

There are 2, count them two hospitals by the same name on Google maps. I uploaded the picture of the first one as well as the second. Do not go to the first one in an emergency, you will die there, as no one is working there. The second one is on the main highway.
