Fabulous long term care facility for your loved ones! Compassionate and consistent staff, personally focused from individual care to dining needs to activities enjoyed ! They CARE!! Love live live this sweet home for my mom!! 🩷

Having worked in the healthcare professions for 40 years and knowing the different standards of care that exsist in the U.S. I was more than pleased when I recently observed the care and professionalism that the entire staff exhibited when caring for my father. All the specialists responsible for helping in his rehab in order to return home were fantastic. In closing, the cleanliness of the facility was well above par as well. I would highly recommend Horizons to all my family and friends.
