HomeWell Care Services has been an excellent service for my Mom in Seminole. I would give HomeWell especially high marks for flexibility, communication, and foresight. A medical emergency required more hours from a caregiver and HomeWell stepped right in. Throughout a few challenging days, HomeWell kept us informed, never sugar coating, and always giving us the full picture. They also ensure that food and meds are up to date. Most importantly, the caregiver has fostered a great relationship with Mom that benefits her a lot. Highly recommend!

Administrative team is top notch... communicative, approachable, reasonable, and forthright.<br>Caregiver Evelyn has been with our family member for almost a year, and he is very pleased with her. She helps with whatever he asks, but also understands that his needs involve companionship.<br>Thank you, HomeWell !

Not a good experience with "caregiver " Evelyn....she got caught to yelling over my father in law with very bad intentions to cause drama! Also sitting in the living room on her phone for two and half hour out of 3 hours of work ....3 times a week!!!
