Their responsiveness and coordination have made a meaningful difference in supporting smooth and timely care transitions for clients.<br><br>Their team also utilizes Sensi AI, which provides an added layer of safety by alerting families and their office if a fall or other event occurs in the home when caregivers are not present (should a client not already have 24/7 care in place).<br><br>They have been extremely supportive during client transitions home, and I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and partnership they bring to each case.<br><br>Highly recommend!
