I cannot thank enough Home Instead and their caretakers for taking above and beyond care for my dad who had terminal cancer. I want to highlight 2 caregivers in particular Joshua and Javier. Both are compassionate and caring hunam beings who treated my dad with utmost dignity. Javier went even further by extending his shift and spending the night before my dad was transferred to inpatient hospice. I can only say this company must have a direct connection to heaven, because truly these were two angels that came to help.

I am a disabled veteran, and pretty much alone in this world now my wife has passed.. children are grown and have all flown away from the nest. I receive care from Home instead through the VA.. they have made life so much easier for me, I look around my home now and I feel comfortable again.. they help with healthcare house cleaning companionship. It is just an all-around wonderful organization from those that schedule up to those that come to visit.. it is such a joy to have them in the home everyday now.. A Very special thanks to Miss Francis.. this dear sweet lady has personally changed the quality of my life..

They say they care about there employees but they don't. If your really sick they don't care, they rather you work and get the client sick. They fired me for that and they didn't even call or text. They say ccommunication is the key word but it's a lie. They are very unprofessional like if your gonna fire someone call them. They say you have 3 warnings and this one would of been my first one. I wouldn't want my family getting care from them because If they can treat their employees this way then I wonder how they treat their clients. Stay away from this place. Way more better options then here. All they are is liers and unprofessional. I was not treated right

I recently lost my husband who was on home hospice care for several months. The last few weeks he also had Home Instead caregivers for several hours a day and they were such a help to both of us! I was confident he was well taken care of if I had to run errands. His main caregiver (Bili) was a gem...my husband could not understand her very well as he was very hard of hearing and she had an accent but they communicated through signs and fist bumps. She was way ahead of me in seeing what needed doing most of the time. I would definitely recommend Home Instead.

Mary D, I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the incredible care you gave my brother during his final days, both at the hospital and the Villas at King Road. Your kindness, patience, and expertise made all the difference. Your attentiveness in anticipating his needs was above and beyond the call. We’re forever grateful for your compassion and the smiles you brought through tough days.
