I wish I could give a good review but in all honesty I can’t. What we experienced after being told we would have top quality caregivers is poorly trained, unprofessional people. After bringing our concerns to the owner, excuses were made for the caregiver’s decisions not to follow company policies and after trying about 5 people we parted ways. We experienced unreliable and undertrained caregivers. I would avoid this business unless you prefer to add more stress to your life.

From my initial phone call to get information about the services provided, I knew I was in good hands. Diane Gagnon is an absolute gem and I can, without a doubt, share that it is because of her taking the time to talk with me with such compassion and detail, that we moved forward with Home Instead as a care provider for my stepfather. She is wonderful and a true asset to your organization. Home Instead senior care is an amazing company to work with. From the office staff to the care givers they are all great. The care givers seem to love their job and the office people also seem to love their job and do everything they can to keep quality care for my dad.

Wonderful, compassionate caregivers and excellent staff. I am extremely grateful for the level of professionalism and their devotion to helping clients thrive in their environments. My family members have shown a huge improvement in their health habits, in their social skills and their overall level of alertness. The caregivers and staff have not only provided assistance, but have become like family. We are very blessed to have their help.
