The staffing situation leaves alot to be desired. The young girl The first day was OK. She never showed up the second day. The third day was a young girl that barely spoke English. When I cancelled I had to pay for the entire next month with no service. Their claim was that they couldn't find time for the scheduled care giver which I find not believable!
