Working here has been the best experience. Ive worked for different companies over the years and honestly, no other company compares to home instead. Not only do they take pride in their clients but they have the same compassion and care for their employees. I am so glad to be apart of this company. If you really love caring for people and making a difference in people's lives, I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone who want to be apart of this great company.

I have worked with Home Instead for over a year. The office staff are great at communicating with caregivers and clients, and I am always happy to tell clients to call the office with any questions I can’t answer. I appreciate the training caregivers undergo as well. Caregivers are better prepared to care for clients, and if we have any questions, concerns, or need additional training, they are quick to provide a solution.

HomeInstead provides us consistently excellent service. The KC office run by Ms. Artis is proactive, responsive, and goes beyond the extra mile for my disabled brother and sister. Their assigned aide, Tom, is excellent! We wouldn't consider using anyone else!

My experience working for home instead is the best choice I made. Leaving my previous employer for home instead was the best choice for me. Home instead shows your appreciation for your hard work and efforts. It has been a great experience. Great clients wonderful environment to work in. I recommend it.
