Home Instead provided exceptional care for my mom during one of the most difficult seasons our family has ever faced. After her heart attack and stroke, we needed someone we could trust, and they exceeded every expectation. Valerie was truly a gift from God. She cared for my mom with incredible compassion, patience, and professionalism. She didn't just help with daily tasks - she treated my mom with genuine love, dignity, and respect. Valerie always went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable, safe, and encouraged, and she gave our entire family tremendous peace of mind knowing she was there. The caregivers at Home Instead made an overwhelming situation so much easier, but Valerie was especially remarkable. We will always be grateful for the kindness, dedication, and heartfelt care she showed every single day. If you're looking for trustworthy, compassionate in-home care for a loved one, I cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough. They have been an incredible blessing to our family.

My experience with Home Instead in Montgomery County has been incredible. Not only are the car givers knowledgeable, patient and well trained, but the staff at the business headquarters are so accommodating. My primary care giver, Christie, is a kind and caring woman. She knows all of the services that I required and insures that they are provided every single time she's here. She also serves by providing suggestions that improve my quality of life. Since I cannot drive she insures that i get to all of my medical appointments. She also takes me to local food stores to help me shop and can prepare meals as needed. Additi onally she performs light housework. Of particular importance to me is that she takes me for a walk daily as I have mobility limitations. I really can't recommend Home Instead enough.

Maggie with Home Instead is an incredible person! For years she cared for my father in law and the relief that it was a "Maggie Day" was felt by all! Maggie is caring, motivational when needed, comforting and very diligent. Unfortunately my father in law has passed away, but Maggie is still providing the relief of it being a "Maggie Day" for my mother in law. We are so blessed to have her in our lives!

It is my pleasure, to write this review for Home Instead CarePro Bree Harvey. Bree has served as my care giver for a period of 9 months. Bree always provides the care needs of my daily living activities as an aging senior adult. I feel very comfortable putting my trust with Bree and taking of me. Receiving these health care services at home makes my life much easier and comfortable. Also, Bree always provides me with companionship a positive supportive attitude. A well as, Bree helps me maintain a safe and calm environment when she is at my home. I could not express my gratitude for the care that I have received with Home Instead and for my CarePro Bree!

The Home Instead staff, Robyn, Karla and Judy have been very easy to work with and very accommodating. As a full time care giver for my 100 year old grandmother, I quickly realized I needed assistance. We were blessed with the most amazing CarePro, Khadra. From day 1, there was a natural ease and comfort with her. We were hugging hello and hugging goodbye. My kids fell in love with her. My dog became her sidekick. My sweet, stubborn, independent minded Granny was always saying “when is Khadra coming back? I sure like her.” Khadra went over and above for us. She is caring, thorough, dependable, patient, sweet, happy and always smiling. She made my life easier and more manageable. My grandmother no longer lives with us but Khadra and I will always have a friendship. She is a beautiful soul and we are truly blessed that she came into our lives. We love you Khadra and thank you!! XOXO
