We recently needed in-home care for my 99-year-old mother after she was released from the hospital. We were fortunate to have three wonderful regular caregivers from Home Instead, all of whom were kind, compassionate, and truly helpful.<br>Danielle stood out in a very special way. She had a remarkable ability to walk into the house and immediately notice things that needed attention—often taking care of them before we even had to ask. Her proactive approach made such a positive difference during a stressful time.<br>Danielle was always prompt, extremely friendly, and brought a bright, smiling, jovial energy that genuinely improved everyone’s attitude the moment she arrived. She was not only professional and attentive to my mother’s needs, but also warm and trustworthy.
