This place is horrible.. meds not given to residents when scheduled, including their insulin ( was given 5 1/2 hrs LATE!) and having to get into the E kit for the emergency pen because they ran out of her Lantus. Would find pills on the floor, and she’s crushed meds and was in a private room. Wound on resident and family was never notified, then when confronted about this staff decided to yell at other staff members infront of family. Resident had 2 strokes and staff completely disregarded sign and symptoms of that.. and by the time family seen resident it was too late for any intervention/ medication.. Staff would disregard call lights going off for however long. Smoking for staff is and was MORE important to them vs taking care of the residents. Leaving ONE RN & ONE CNA for 24+ residents seems like a HUGE concern for residents safety!!! So many what IF’s!! I WOULD NEVER SEND MY FAMILY MEMBER HERE AGAIN!! They had been through 6-7 administrators and 7-8 DONs in
