I moved my Mother in Law into Kalama Heights this past July. I was able to stay with her to get her room furnished and her business affairs taken care of. Mark was super accommodating and the staff went above and beyond to help us during this move. I ate almost every meal with the residents and I was amazed at the portions, the options and quality of the meals. The chief is amazing, this is not ordinary cafeteria food. She puts a lot of care into the menu. I love how dog friendly the place is and I met so many wonderful residents!! They have a superb activities director and offer art, music, dance, exercise etc.. After leaving I really miss all the people and the staff. I truly can not wait to come back and visit my mother in law in 2 months. Surly I would move here.<br>Kalama Heights has the true ALOHA SPIRIT!!<br>LOVE YOU ALL!! Eileen

I have been here over 3 years and it feels like home. I love my bright and roomy apartment, meals are delicious and nutritious, staff are kind, and residents are friendly. Once the grounds are once again irrigated<br>and activities restated, it will be even better.

The combination of the onsite physical therapy facility and the dedicated third-party care team has given them the support they need to maintain their independence far longer than we ever dreamed. They're not just surviving—they're flourishing.<br><br>Their beautiful apartment has become their sanctuary, and they spend countless hours on their lanai, taking in the island breezes and feeling grateful for this chapter of their lives. As their children, seeing them so content and well-cared for brings us immeasurable peace of mind.<br><br>Kalama Heights isn't just where our parents live—it's where they've found a community, maintained their dignity, and continue to enjoy life to the fullest. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect for them.

I highly recommend Kalama Heights to anyone seeking independent living in a comfortable, friendly environment. The staff are kind and considerate, the facilities are comfortable. special needs are easily accommodated though at extra cost to the resident.

I love living at Kalama Heights community here in Kihei on Maui!<br>I retired and made a point of securing a “forever home” to live out my retirement years in the warm sun and close to the beach .The Aloha life on island is great for unwinding, relaxing and renewing.<br>There are plenty of amazing cultural sites and events to enjoy very near.<br>There are several floor plans available ranging from studios to a few 2bed/2bath units to suit many different needs.<br>There is a newly renovated full size swimming pool and hot tub for exercises or to just enjoy!<br>The best part? No cooking! Widely diverse meals with multiple options for your personal tastes are served 3 times a day. Salad and fresh rolls daily for midday meal and who wouldn’t enjoy freshly made soups everyday to start your nightly meal. Great homemade desserts are provided daily and sometimes Roselani ice cream !<br>And housekeeping is free! Weekly light cleaning, vacuuming, fresh towels are provided.its the best feeling to walk into a clean apartment!<br>Washer/dryers are provided for free self laundry option Some floor plans have in unit washer and dryers<br>Mostly the staff are so friendly and helpful!<br>The community is a beautiful place to enjoy and call home
