They take good care of my mother! But they never notified me that my mother's roommate has covid and the most of the staffing just plain rude!

Not happy with the place or the treatment. My mom was there for just a little over a week before transferring her to another facility. The place is not very conductive to healing. There was some good people there including the head nurse but seems not to be aware of some of the things going on. Mom also lost some of her clothes there as it had been taken for laundry and disappeared. Last night there for her there was a big fight in the bathroom in the middle of the night l. Very concerned about the place.

Was the most horrible experience of my life! I absolutely believe that I am blessed to be that I am lucky to have escaped that place before I died! Thanks to my daughter I was able to come home and have been home for almost three years living independently and walking! That place should be closed in my opinion! Nightmares still haunt me!

Old delipidated building, bad oder, physical therapy a joke..My mom went in walking and wearing underwear, after 8 months was kicked out, came home in a wheel chair unable to walk wearing a diaper.Too many meds had her nuts..When she would holler out they would shut her door, that terrified my mother and made her holler for hours on end..There were a few girls that took good care till the end when she was too much to handle..There our a few residents that think they run the place. And would make rude comments referring to my mom.

I was very upset with my families' choice to put my mother in this home. It is outdated, smells of death, the staff members were nice when you were there, their physical therapy was a joke. The therapist was very unprofessional, the dress code of the staff was also unprofessional, we ask if the nurse was going to use an disinfectants wipe on our mother which is to be used to clean surfaces not skin they were put off that we would even ask. I have to tell you my sister and I had our mother moved to another home in Elkins which was excellent and treated my mother with class . I personally would not put my dog in this home
