My 89 year old mother went in after her hospital stay. She was diagnosed with new onset of diabetes. Given insulin twice a day. Followup with her primary is a week away. Dismissed her with an almost empty ( less that two days) insulin container and no needles. No knowledge on how to test or administer the injections. Just pushed out the door. This could be lethal. I called. Opposed to making it right, they chose to hang up on me. This error was potentially deadly, and they make no apologies. I am filing an incident with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. You want to avoid putting your loved one in the care of Hillside Heights.

Why does my daughter keep coming up? She’s never been there. I was. Jason Henson

Years after my mom had passed away they sent me a bill for almost two thousand dollars and threatened to evict her from their care. I would have gladly paid to pick her up.
