My husband has been trying to get his dad into Hillcrest and everything seemed to be going great and the social worker there was also attentive with her communication. The medical records was sent over and then all communication stopped. My husband and his stepbrother never heard back from anyone at the facility. They each called several times without ever receiving a call back. My father in law had to be put into a different facility since the staff never finalized his paperwork to be moved there.
